Great timing because we went to a lovely Argentinian restaurant last night and one of the dishes on the specials board was duck!
The poor waiter must have wondered what was wrong as i sat there with a pained look on my face while he listed in detail all the glazes, marinades and double roasting these poor menu ducks were facing :'(
I had a pet duck growing up [i'll have to post a photo for you], so everyone around me knows never to refer to ducks and the dinner plate in the same sentance!
